MOBILE USER OPT-IN

You may opt-in to a specific program by texting that program's KEYWORD to a Marketing SMS Number. By subscribing you agree to receive marketing text messages, which may be sent through our SMS servers to your mobile number.

MOBILE USER OPT-OUT

You may discontinue service, by replying "STOP" to any message you receive or by texting "STOP" to the Marketing SMS Number from your mobile device. After confirmation, you will not receive any additional messages.

You may also opt-out by replying "QUIT", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "EXIT" to any text message you receive or by texting "QUIT", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "EXIT" to the Marketing SMS Number.

MOBILE USER FEES

TextPoint Marketing / Wasatch Technology Group, Inc. does not charge fees to the end-user to send or receive text messages. Standard Msg&Data rates from your carrier may apply to messages sent and received.

To get help, reply "HELP" to any message you receive or text "HELP" to the Marketing SMS Number. You may also call 801-609-9900, or use our contact form.

MOBILE USER PRIVACY

We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose than what you have opted in for.

MOBILE WARRANTY

TextPoint Marketing / Wasatch Technology Group, Inc. will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our SMS Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
