Q. What is a Message Credit?
A. Each Message Credit is equivalent to one Text Message or one Phone call minute (rounded up to the nearest minute). So 20 texts will cost 20 credits and 15 minutes of Phone time will cost 15 credits.
Q. How much do purchased Message Credits cost?
A. The following table outlines the cost of non-expiring purchased Message Credits:

A. You may purchase additional Message Credits at any time. Purchased Message Credits will never expire for the lifetime of the account.
Q. What will happen to my plan included Message Credits if I don't use them all in a given month?
A. Unused plan Message Credits do not roll over to the next month so it is a good idea to select the plan that best fits your needs.
Q. Can I downgrade or upgrade to another plan?
A. Yes. Just call or email us and we can upgrade or downgrade your account. More expensive plans have a less expensive cost per Message Credit; less expensive plans have a higher cost per Message Credit. Any purchased Message Credits will follow you to which ever plan you decide to use. Plan Message Credits will not follow you, so it may be a good idea to wait until near the end of the month to make any changes.
Q. Will my credits be refunded if I cancel the service?
A. There are no refunds for unused credits. If you downgrade to one of our less expensive plans you will keep all of your purchased Message Credits.
